  • "you" refers to the customer

Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required on the day of templating or ordering.
  • The balance is due on installation or delivery.
  • Deposits are non refundable.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards in person or by phone (please do not email card details as this is not a secure site).
  • Cheques should be made payable to CUTSTONE LTD.

Measurements
  • Quotations are given as a guide price only.
  • Once the template has been taken, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • If we are using your own measurements or templates we accept no responsibility for any measurement errors. Full payment will still be required.

Appearance
  • As a natural product, stone has many different features, such as veins, black marks or spots and are not considered a blemish or defect.
  • Whilst we try and show a true reflection of the product, veined and spotted stone can vary greatly from the small sample seen; this is the beauty of natural stone.
  • If you would like, we can arrange for you to visit our supplier in Epping, Essex and choose the exact slab of stone for your project - please contact us to arrange this.

Returns
  • Once a material has been ordered and cut, there can be no returns.
  • If an order is cancelled after manufacture, full payment will be required.

Installation
  • All kitchen carcasses need to be fixed in position before templating can take place.
  • Before our installation all existing worktops including sinks, taps and hobs need to be removed.
  • We are not responsible or qualified for disconnecting any appliances or kitchen accessories.
  • We are able to fit sinks but NOT taps to worktops, however this does not include connection or plumbing.
  • If you are having a heavy ceramic sink or similar, you will need to build a supporting shelf inside the kitchen cupboard prior to installation.
